           HIGH IMPACT/PERVASIVE (HIPER) APAR INSTRUCTIONS
  Included in this upgrade may be one or more apars that describe
  problems that are of a high impact or extremely pervasive nature.  The
  following fields provide an outline of those APARs in SECTION 4:
  "PROBLEM:" A brief description of the APAR
  "USERS AFFECTED:" If you have this product/device/situation, you are
  exposed to the problem.
  "RECOMMENDATION:" Take action that is described. Most often that will
  be the application of an APAR or PTF fix.
                              VOLID'S
        VOLID 1000 - Reflects corrective service (not on a PUT tape)
        VOLID 9XXX - Reflects a PUT tape that the PTF can be located
                     on.
                     CLARIFICATION OF SUP LEVELS
        A sup level for a subset is represented by a subset name,
        a slash, and a put level number. (ex: Subset/9104)  Please
        note that a sup level does not represent a put level. It is not
        labeled as a put because in reality it is a put level + 2
        Levels higher of 'reach ahead' service.
        ** BEWARE ** Do not apply a put tape on top of a SUP tape
        unless the PUT level is 3 levels higher. Applying a put
        tape that is not 3 levels higher could cause regression.
