How do I make fonts on my printer available to DCF?

Question

How do I make fonts on my printer available to DCF?

Answer

DCF needs the AFM file for each font you want to use. The AFM file is the
Adobe Font Metric file. You should be able to get this from your printer
  vendor.

You will get it on a diskette and need to transfer it up to the host. Be
sure that when it arrives on the host it is in an editable and readable
  format (i.e. EBCDIC).

Sometimes the AFM file is on the diskette with the screen fonts.
