How can I draw a box to exactly fill up the page?

Answer

 Here's an example of how to draw a box the exact depth of the
 body area for the page. Set linespace to zero, draw a box
 whose depth in pels is (page length - depth of (RH+RF+TM+BM)).

 .sp 0
 .ls normal 0 nobreak
 .se bodydep = &dv'&$PL - &dv'&$RH - &dv'&$RF - &dv'&$BM - &dv'&$TM
 .bx left right
 .sp &bodydep.dv
 .bx off
 .ls normal nobreak
