  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  o  Why do I get errors allocating dsnames of the form
     DSMUTxxx.TEXT?
  o DCF requires a valid unique PROFILE PREFIX value in TSO for
      proper dataset naming.  If your system convention is to use
      PROFILE NOPREFIX, you should add a PROFILE PREFIX(userid)
      statement to any JCL or clists you have that invoke Script
      so that PROFILE PREFIX(userid) is in effect for the duration
      of the Script command.
    o If you use PROFILE NOPREFIX, you must use .DD control words
      to define all DCF utility files to fully qualified dataset
      names or preallocated ddnames.
    o This is documented in the "SCRIPT/VS Language Reference"  in
      the section titled
      "2.1.5.1 MVS/TSO Data Set Naming Conventions".
