IBM Network Printer Internet Download Readme


The file "IBM Network Printer Driver" is a self-extracting installer 
which will place the appropriate files in the proper locations 
on your Macintosh.
The file "ms7sa_*.hqx" is the same file in binhex 4.0 format.

Step 1.
    Decompress the .hqx binhex file using any utility program that 
    handles the .hqx format; i.e:

	   Compact Pro    	by Cyclos Software.	  
	   Stuffit		by Aladdin Systems, Inc.
	   StuffIt Expander	by Aladdin Systems, Inc.

     These programs can be obtained from most Macintosh shareware
     sites and licensed for a small fee.

Step 2.
	The second step is to double click the "IBM Network Printer 
Installer" program and select a drive containing a System Folder in 
which the software will be installed. Additional files will be 
installed at the top level of the selected drive, including the IBM 
software "LICENSE" and "PSPrinter Read Me". The "PSPrinter Read Me" 
file contains instructions for using the printer driver and associated
files.
	*The file "CFM-68K Runtime Enabler" inside the "Extensions" 
folder is for Macintosh PCs with M680x0 processors. This file should be 
removed on Power PC Macintosh machines.
