The printer driver supports the following languages: enu = English ptb = Brazilian Portuguese fra = French deu = German ita = Italian rus = Russian esp = Spanish This README file contains information that you need to install the printer driver. It also contains information not included in the product documentation. Software Requirements This printer driver requires openSuse 10.3 - 32bit system. The current printing system must be CUPS. Getting the Printer Driver You can get the printer driver from the InfoPrint Systems Company Home Page on the World Wide Web: http://www.infoprintsolutionscompany.com/ The file name of the printer driver package is InfoPrintProC900AFP_linuxnative_i586.rpm Install, Update and Remove the Printer Driver The printer driver comes in an rpm package: InfoPrintProC900AFP_linuxnative_i586.rpm Before installing the printer driver it is recommended that you copy the the package to a directory (for example: /tmp/). Note: The files in the /tmp directory are deleted frequently, so if you want to save the package, you might want to select another directory. To install the package, you need to be logged in as root and to issue this command: rpm -i InfoPrintProC900AFP_linuxnative_i586.rpm To update the package from the current version to a new version, you need to be logged in as root and to issue this command: rpm -U --nopreun InfoPrintProC900AFP_linuxnative_i586.rpm To remove the package, you need to be logged in as root and to issue this command: rpm -e InfoPrintProC900AFP Make sure that before removing the package you have already removed all the printers installed on the system.
