By clicking on the "I agree" button , Licensee agrees that the program code, samples, updates, fixes and related licensed materials such as keys and documentation ("Code") that Licensee is about to download is subject to the terms of the license agreement that Licensee accepted when Licensee acquired the Program for which Licensee is obtaining the Code. Licensee further agrees that Licensee will install or use the Code solely as part of a Program for which Licensee has a valid agreement or Proof of Entitlement. The terms "Program" and "Proof of Entitlement" have the same meaning as in the IBM International Program License Agreement ("IPLA"). If Licensee obtained these components for use with a free offering (other than a trial offering), Licensee may only use those components on a Developer Machine or Build Server.
A "Developer Machine" is defined as a physical or virtual desktop environment, running a primary operating system and the Program, both of which are accessible and used by no more than one (1) specified developer. The physical or virtual desktop environments include on-premises and off-premises cloud environments. When on a Developer Machine, Licensee is not authorized to use the Program for processing production workloads, simulating production workloads or testing scalability of any code, application or system.
