This utility is a concept test for a verification program to check
and report on many of the Unix System Sevices customization steps for
an installation.  It also has some capability to suggest and make
changes.  No changes are made unless the user requests the change.
 
On tests that use the OMVS command, if the RUNNING/INPUT indicator
changes to INPUT while the test is running, press F10 (not Enter) to 
allow the test to continue.  Press the Enter key when prompted.
  
The OESVP package is located in the file oesvp.exec.bin.
Download this in binary into an FB 80 data set.

To run the program, from ISPF, run the TSO command
   EXEC 'prefix.OESVP.EXEC'
    
where prefix.OESVP.EXEC is the full data set name of the program.
This program is an ISPF dialog.  The initial panel lets you select
the checks you want to perform.  In general, messages are displayed
in a browse session after the test(s) are complete.
 
This utility requires ISPF version 4.1 or higher and MVS 5.2.2 or
any release of OS/390.  Also, you must run this utility from a user id 
that is a superuser and RACF special, or equivalent.
