Interim WAF APARs:

Description of APARs that follow WAF530B:
-----------------------------------------------------

SC37860 -- WAF Auto Index updates the EKD0260 file incorrectly; the first
6 characters of the file cabinet name are put in the FORM NAME field.

SC37909 -- EKD-1000 error when working in WAF on R5.3 and using 9 or 10 
character AS/400 userid's.

SC37926 -- Document description is wrong after document that is used to 
satisfy a pended case is indexed into it.

SC37980 -- Release document locks and release work package locks 
commands fail with error in program EKDVI013.  Note that the user
who runs this procedure should have *SYSAD or *ALLPRIV in the 
PVNAME field of the EKD0360 file.

SC18804 -- Using PRINTOBJ API, EKDDPRT file gets record with WS-ID added 
into USERID field.                                                        

SC38256 -- During Auto Indexing process, EKD5A14P, if the EKD0215 
record specifies a user without authority to the file cabinet, then 
the data in the resulting EKD0260 reject record is off by 2 bytes.  
An EKD-7705 error will be posted to the EKD0080 file.

SC18807 -- WAF commands RLSITMLCK, RLSWPLCK and RLSWMLCK fail on R5.3.  
Error is VIX1055 "Not authorized to requested function."                       

SC18808 -- EKD20106 panel does not appear when F2 is pressed to pend a
case and doctype being pended for requires pend data.

SC18809 -- Cross system export fails; EKD1831 and EKD8520 seen in
EKD0080 file.

SC18810 -- Cross system import fails when importing over 470,000 
documents.  MCH1210 in pgm EKD2255P.

SC38876 -- Propogation of authority list on objects created in
IFS directory when retrieve from optical is incorrect.



Directions to download the APAR Fixes:
--------------------------------------
1. Download the appropriate SCNNNNN.SAV file to your PC's hard drive 
(I use path C:\DOWNLOAD in my example).
2. Create a save file on the AS/400 in library QGPL with the name    
   SCNNNNN.
3. FTP the SCNNNNN.SAV file into the waiting save file in library QGPL.   
   You can do this by going to an MS-DOS prompt and typing:

	FTP 9.24.115.70 (replace this with the address of your AS/400)
	BIN
	PUT C:\DOWNLOAD\SCNNNNN.SAV QGPL/SCNNNNN.SAVF
	QUIT
4. RSTLIB SAVLIB(@SCNNNNN) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(QGPL/SCNNNNN).
5. Grant object authority to this new @SCNNNNN library to the WAF users 
in xxxGROUP.
6. Add the @SCNNNNN library to the top of the users' library list, or 
combine these individual @SCnnnnn fixes into a library you create named 
WAF530LIB.  Then add WAF530LIB to the top of the WAF users' jobd libl.
