Some IBM-supplied data in the file defining action lists is misaligned and 
can cause MCH1202 when selecting an action list (F4) while defining a Work Basket.
It is also possible that WMB jobs might present the same error.

This will only happen in a new environment created at V5R3 in Spanish (2931)

The default data in the EKD0745 should look like this when the DSPPFM command
is used:
*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5....+....6....+....7....+...
*DFT      Lista de acciones por omisión 219980619000000001998061900000000QVIAD ... 

The supplied data actually looks like:
*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5....+....6....+....7....+...
*DFT      Lista de acciones por omisión        2199806190000000019980619000000 ...

thus placing spaces (character values) in numeric fields.

To correct the data type the command UPDDTA EKD0745 and press Enter.
Press Page Down to get the first record.

Press Enter and then F3 to exit the DFU application.

This change needs to be made to the version of EKD0745 in library QVI and also
to any copies of EKD0745 in any libraries created by the EKDPOST command,
such as QUSRVI. Once the QVI version has been corrected, copies created 
on subsequent runs of EKDPOST will be correct.
