This may happen when the user does not have authority to the library specified. In such a case the upload may occur to the first library in the user portion of the library list. If the same steps are repeated the error message CPF5813 - "File in library *CURLIB already exists." may be displayed, even though the file does not already exist in the library specified in the transfer request. An SQL0462 may also occur in the iSeries QZDASOINIT job. There can be related problems with the Excel Add-in. ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.0 INSTALLATION NOTES ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.1 Applying the patch ----------------------------------------------------- Perform the following steps on your PC. On Vista or Windows 7 perform these steps as a fully-elevated Administrator 1) Close Data Transfer and Excel if either are running. 2) Enter the installation directory of IBM i Access for Windows. (eg C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access) 4) Backup the current cwbtf.exe file. 5) Download the new cwbtf.exe and place it in this directory. 6) Enter the System32 directory (eg C:\Windows\System32). - on some PCs the path will actually be C:\WINNT\System32 - on a 64-bit PC be sure to enter the directory for 32-bit modules: C:\Windows\SysWOW64 - one can use %WINDIR%\System32 or %WINDIR%\SysWOW64 7) Backup the current cwbtfdlg.dll and cwbtfutl.dll. 8) Download the new cwbtfdlg.dll and cwbtfutl.dll and place it in this directory. 9) The installation is complete. 2.2 Removing the patch --------------------------- Perform the following steps on your PC. On Vista or Windows 7 perform these steps as a fully-elevated Administrator 1) Close Data Transfer and Excel if either are running. 2) Enter the installation directory of IBM i Access for Windows.
