In this directory is a fix for V5R4M0 iSeries Access for Windows
iSeries Navigator that is not in any service pack:

APAR SE26974: CA400EXP-OPNAV-DBASE-INCORROUT NLS FRENCH IN RSS WINDOW
  If you are running a French version of iSeries Navigator and the
  PC's regional and language settings are French, the Run SQL
  Scripts window may be displayed with some of the window areas
  having the wrong size. For example, the input area overlaps the
  message panel which initially is hidden and both are displayed
  in half of the area that they should be displayed. The examples
  list control is also oversized so the screen does not fit when
  the user tries to select an item.

This fix applies to any French version of V5R4M0.  This includes
the following language versions:
MRI2928 French              dv_fr.jar
MRI2940 Swiss French        dv_fr_CH.jar
MRI2966 Belgian French      dv_fr_BE.jar
MRI2981 Canadian French     dv_fr_CA.jar


If you need to contact Service about problems with this jar file,
you should mention that you are using a version you downloaded
from the FTP site, not the original that was shipped with the GA
level of the product.

If you reinstall iSeries Access for Windows, you will need to
copy this fixed file from the FTP site again.  This fix is not
in any service pack level, so if you install a fix pack, this file
will not be overwritten, and no other action needs to be taken.
Only reinstall will copy the old file over this fix.

File replacement instructions
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Close iSeries Navigator.
2) Locate the file dv_fr.jar (or dv_fr_XX.jar, depending on the NLV that is
   installed) on your client workstation.  This file should
   be located in the iSeries Access for Windows Classes install directory
   (for example, C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\Classes)
3) Rename dv_fr_XX.jar to dv_fr_XX.jar.bak, where XX represents the 2 character
   Country Code listed above.
4) Copy the fix version of dv_fr_XX.jar into the same directory.
5) Start the iSeries Navigator.  The changes will take effect.
