This Operations Navigator DLL solves the problem described in Information APAR II12694. Please refer to the Information APAR for the complete problem details. Problem Description: Operations Navigator fix for Point-to-Point Line Configuration Error Using Port 1 of the 2771 I/O Adapter Resource (Integrated V.90 Modem). This temporary fix is for the V4R5M0 version of Operations Navigator. This fix only applies to the configuration of PPP lines associated with Point-to-Point connection profiles from the Network/Point-to-Point folder in Operations Navigator. A fix for this problem is planned for the next V4R5M0 Client Access Service Pack, which currently has an availability date of April 27, 2001. Installation Instructions: To apply this fix you must exit all instances of Operations Navigator. First save the original file to enable restoring the system to it's original state. Using an MSDOS prompt or an Explore session, switch to the appropriate directory where Client Access was installed. If you selected the default directory when installing Client Access, the directory will be: C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\Shared If Client Access was installed in a different drive/directory then switch to the Shared directory where Client Access was installed. Locate the cwbuntcp.dll file and rename the file to cwbuntcp.sav or a file type of your choice. Move or copy the downloaded fix file cwbuntcp.dll from the download directory to the appropriate Client Access directory, which was determined above. The fix is now installed. No reboot of the system is required. Operations Navigator may now be restarted.
