This pcsascon.dll contains the fix for APAR SA93357:

In order to use this version of pcsascon.dll, you must have 
Client Access for Windows 95/NT Service Pack SF65353.  
To acquire this service pack, refer to this web page:
  http://www.ibm.com/eserver/iseries/clientaccess/casp.htm

In order to use these fixes you need to: 

    1. Rename the previous pcsascon.dll file.

    2. Download the DLL and copy it into the 
       directory where the original file was found.


If Service Pack SF65353 is installed after these fixes, the 
fixes will be replaced by the version in the Service Pack which 
is not as current.
