Problem Description:  (SA78873)
ENPTUI mouse click processing problem.

Apply this fix only if you have the following product(service pack) versions.
V3R1M3(SF51967) 
V3R2M0(SF51617)
  
Installation:
1) Ensure no PC5250 session is active on the PC (this includes
   display and printer sessions as well as Async Console sessions). 
2) Locate module PCSWS.EXE on the PC.  By default, this module
   resides in    C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\Emulator 
3) Rename the module to something other than the current
   name (e.g. PCSWS.OLD). 
4) Copy PCSWS.EXE to location on the PC where the old
   version of PCSWS.EXE resided. 
5) Reboot the PC.
