This problem was reported on the Japanese WinNT PC.   
After starting a PC5250 session over either SNA or TCP/IP, 
clicking the Customize button on the Keyboard Setup screen 
causes a PCSWS.EXE application error.

To apply the fix, replace PCSMSG.DLL in the MRI2962 directory with 
the PCSMSG.DLL file provided.
