PCSTLNET.DLL supplied with this package allows users to specify
"InactiveTimeout" value in [Telnet5250] section of the .WS file.
This will enable users to allow their session connection to wait
long enough to get the connection to AS/400 established. This is
specially helpfull for the dial-up and complex network setup where
network is relatively slow.

This DLL is created for CA400 V3R1M3 running with Service Pack SF48155.

To apply the fix, make a backup copy of your existing PCSTLNET.DLL from
emulator directory and then replace it with this new DLL.
