If you installed or upgraded from the French (2928) version of 
Client Access for Windows 95/NT V3R1M3 from CD,  you will not 
be able to install service packs.  

The CDs that contain this problem are:
   SK3T-0325-01 : Client Access Family for Windows CD
   SK3T-0323-02 : Client Access for Windows95/NT

The message that you will receive is:
" SP's Version, Release, and Modification (VRM) must be the 
  same as the installed product's VRM. (Beta)  " 


To enable this fix, do the following:

1) Download cwbgalvl.exe

2) Run this program on the PC that has the problem. This 
program can be run at any time after the installation.  

You do not need to reboot.

You should now be able to install service packs.
