Filename ctl3d32.dll

ctl3d32.dll is applicable to Windows 95 only, and can be copied into the
Windows\System directory if a customer fits the following criteria:

1. Was on a V3R1M1 servicepack prior to SF35403, and then upgraded
   to another Client Access for Windows 95 release
 --AND--
2. Is experiencing problems related to ctl3d32.dll not being compatible
   with the installed operating system (Windows 95) (in particular, while
   using Lotus applications).

On V3R1M1 prior to SF35403, the Windows NT version of ctl3d32.dll was
incorrectly installed on Windows 95 systems. This was fixed in V3R1M1
SF35403 by installing the proper Windows 95 version of ctl3d32.dll.
